如何登入?Firebase 顯示無效的使用者或權杖?
請先確認您使用的是最新版本 App,並確保網路連線穩定。若仍無法登入,請嘗試登出後重新登入,或將錯誤訊息截圖寄至 [email protected]。
已訂閱 Premium,但 App 未解鎖功能?
請在 App 內前往「訂閱」頁面點選「恢復購買」。若未恢復成功,請提供收據資訊(或 Apple 訂單編號)給我們,寄至 [email protected] 協助查詢。
如何恢復購買(更換手機或重裝後)?
在 App 內的「訂閱」頁面點選「恢復購買」,系統會向 App Store 驗證您的訂閱狀態,成功後即會解鎖。

FAQ
How to log in? Firebase shows invalid user or token?
Please ensure you are using the latest app version and have a stable internet connection. If the issue persists, try logging out and back in, or send a screenshot of the error to [email protected].
Subscribed to Premium but features are not unlocked?
Go to the "Subscription" page in the app and tap "Restore Purchases". If it still fails, please provide your receipt information (or Apple order number) to [email protected] for assistance.
How to restore purchases (after changing devices or reinstalling)?
In the app's "Subscription" page, tap "Restore Purchases". The system will verify your subscription with the App Store, and features will unlock upon success.
